Course aims:

  • Introduce participants to key roles HR plays in large international companies
  • Introduce real-life HR systems and processes, presented by HR professionals
  • Provide participants with opportunity for open-class discussion of case studies in order to facilitate learning process
  • Develop participants’ critical thinking on possible difficulties and pitfalls that await HR professionals and managers
  • Increase participants’ preparedness for working at managerial and HR positions
