The University of Economics in Bratislava welcomed 96 exchange students from 19 countries around the world for the Winter Semester 2024/2025 within the Erasmus+ Programme, Bilateral Cooperation, and National Scholarship Programme. This semester, students from partner institutions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and America have seized the opportunity to study at the EUBA. Full-time international students were also cordially invited to participate in the Welcome Week.

During the summer, the University of Economics in Bratislava started the largest modernization of its infrastructure in history. This ambitious project, which includes the reconstruction of several key buildings of the university, the library and student dormitories, aims to significantly improve conditions for students and staff and to raise the level of education to a higher standard. For this project, the university managed to obtain funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan within the consortium of universities with the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and within the call for "Complex modernization of buildings and dormitories of public and state universities."
