On the occasion of International Students' Day, the Rector of Bratislava University of Economics and Business Ferdinand Daňo presented special scholarships to nineteen exceptional students at the meeting of the EUBA Rector's Board on November 19, 2025. Students from all faculties were awarded - whether for exceptional academic results or for representing the university in sports at the domestic and international level.

The Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA) has had another extremely successful year of the Career Journey 2025 job fair, which once again showed why we are among the most attractive universities for employers in Slovakia. The atmosphere full of energy, motivation and new opportunities attracted hundreds of students and dozens of companies, who regularly direct their interest to EUBA.

The Rector of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA), Prof. Ferdinand Daňo, recently received a delegation from the Faculty of Applied Languages ​​and Intercultural Communication of the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (WHZ). He welcomed the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Thomas Jonen, and Prof. Janina M. Vernal Schmidt to the EUBA. The meeting culminated in the signing of a double diploma agreement, which is the result of many years of cooperation between the two universities. It also builds on joint activities in the field of language education, research, and international student mobility.

In the winter semester of an academic year 2025/2026, we organize already the 14th edition of an international educational project Central Europe Connect - Joint Certificate Program (CEC), that enables short-term international student exchange at three economic universities in Central Europe. The CEC project is a joint project of the University of Economics in Vienna (WU), the University of Economics in Warsaw (SGH) and the Bratislava University of Economics iand Business (EUBA). Within this unique certified program, 20 students from each university attend lectures and discussions on the topics of economic development of the countries of the Central European region.
