EUBA STUBA leadership 5.0 project: We are starting cooperation in the development of leadership skills
Since January 2026, the Bratislava University of Economics and Business, in cooperation with the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, has been implementing a new development project called "EUBA STUBA leadership 5.0". On Friday, March 6, 2026, a kick-off meeting of the research teams of both institutions took place.
What is the project about?
The main objective of this initiative is to modernize management and strengthen the managerial competencies of the leaders of both universities. In the era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI), the project focuses on:
- Systemic learning: Development of skills in strategic decision-making, emotional intelligence and change management.
- Use of technologies: Implementation of AI tools in management and administrative processes.
- Individual support: Professional mentoring and coaching through the EUBA Mentoring Center.
Together for a modern university environment
The project leverages the synergy of the EUBA – STUBA consortium. While EUBA experts cover modules focused on psychological safety of teams and personal resilience of leaders, STUBA colleagues bring professional know-how in the field of digital innovation and AI.
The result will not only be the training of 60 key employees, but also the creation of a joint Leadership 5.0 Action Plan, which will ensure a high standard of management at both universities in the future.
