The University of Economics in Bratislava is part of the EURAXESS network
On February 28, 2024, the University of Economics in Bratislava signed the Declaration of Commitment and joined the initiative of the European Commission and the pan-European network EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion, which connects 600 service centers in 43 countries around the world.
In the newly created Welcome Centre, it will provide administrative support and enable access to a wide range of free information and services for researchers interested in working at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
The Welcome Centre of the University of Economics in Bratislava is a contact point within the university that, upon the arrival of researchers in Slovakia, provides assistance in:• arranging visas, work permit, health insurance in Slovakia,• provision of accommodation at dormitory,• recognition of diplomas,• mobility with family members,• supporting career development and language education.By receiving the prestigious HR Excellence in Research Award (May 2022), international AACSB accreditation (November 2021) and joining the EURAXESS network (February 2024), the University of Economics in Bratislava continues to confirm its quality - it creates an attractive workplace for researchers, where it continuously meets European standards in the area of caring for its employees, supporting their professional development and transparency of their selection process in accordance with the standards of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
