The International Office of the University of Economics in Bratislava organized a photo contest for exchange students from the summer semester of 2023/2024, running from February 5 to March 5, 2024, aiming to enhance both the technical and artistic aspects of photography.

The University of Economics in Bratislava received a distinguished guest on Monday, March 18, 2024. During his short two-day visit to Slovakia, the Secretary General of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Mathias Cormann, found the time to present the analysis "OECD Economic Survey of the Slovak Republic for 2024 - Strengthening Resilience and Growth" to the University's students and employees as well as to invited guests.

On March 12, 2024, the International Office of the EUBA organized the International Study Abroad Fair. The event aimed to promote awareness of various study opportunities abroad. As presenters, exchange students from 19 countries participated in the fair in the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024.

On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the University of Economics in Bratislava will host a job fair for students and future graduates of the university Alumni Day 2024 - Kickstart your career. This fair is dedicated to all students and graduates who are on the threshold of their professional career and are looking for an opportunity to kick it off effectively.

From 4 to 8 March 2024, the University of Economics in Bratislava organised the 16th International Week, welcoming foreign lecturers representing universities from France, Belgium, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Poland and Romania. The main goal of this year's edition of the International Week was to promote the internationalisation of both teachers and students at home.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Holy See to Slovakia, H.E. Mons. Nicola Girasoli, opened the 35th edition of the subject Diplomacy in Practice on 20 February 2024. Before delivering his lecture, Ambassador Girasoli was received by Vice-Rector for International Relations, Boris Mattoš, who informed the guest of the University's international cooperation and internationalisation.
